Phillip Lechter is a father, accomplished business owner, real estate investor, financial literacy advocate, speaker and educator, as well as President and Co-Founder of Pay Your Family First -- an organization focused on bringing financial literacy and entrepreneur-ship education to the youth marketplace. He is also co-creator of the ThriveTime for Teens board game, and an instructor for the Nouveau Riche Real Estate Inv. College.

In the fall of 2000, Phillip joined the Rich Dad Company as an "apprentice" to his mother, Sharon Lechter. Over the next six years as CCO, he focused on rapid acceleration of strategic partnerships as well as public relations, direct marketing, customer acquisition and retention, and Rich Dad's coaching and seminar divisions. Phillip further developed his leadership skills by training coaches, seminar leaders, clubs, and individuals how to teach the Rich Dad principles and how to play the CASHFLOW® game.

From 1997 to 2000, Phillip worked various sales, management and marketing positions, including managing a janitorial service and working for E & J Gallo Wine. In addition, he worked for an equipment lease finance company where he further expanded his sales abilities by soliciting financing over the phone and was later responsible for building and training a sales team that tripled the company's revenues.

Sam Crowley is a former Fortune 100 executive who launched the personal development brand Every Day Is Saturday and the hugely successful website EverydayIsSaturday.com. Sam also is a best-selling co-author, speaker and business coach.

As the story goes, Sam would usually arrive home late in the evening just in time to lay his daughter Madeline down to bed each night and answer the same question “Daddy, is tomorrow Saturday?”

Madeline asked this question because of Sam’s hectic corporate schedule which only saw him home one day a week – Saturday. Although six nights out of the week, Sam had to answer “No” to the Saturday question, he vowed that someday soon “Every day would be Saturday.”
